To support the exhibition’s theme of a ‘magic forest’ that responds to participants, I was responsible for the design and technical execution of the interactive crystal lighting.
My role covered the complete process, from concept to implementation. This included the lighting design to fit the artistic vision, engineering the custom electronics, and writing the bespoke code that allowed the crystals to come alive. The result was an enchanted element that reacted to gestures and movements, helping participants “see the invisible” and form a direct relationship with the installation’s environment.
